Social Media Management & Reputation Management

The goal of Reputation Management is to increase positive brand awareness and create a feeling of trust among customers. Good or bad, every review should be responded to within a short window of time. This not only shows the customers that the business cares about them, but it shows potential customers how the business can handle different situations. Studies show that 97% of people read reviews for local businesses, and 89% of consumers base their purchase decisions on businesses’ responses to reviews.

The goal of Social Media Content Creation is to increase brand awareness, gain more page likes, increase social media engagement, and drive more traffic to your website. The client will have the option to review and approve or reject all posts before they are published. Posts will be created based on the priorities and goals of the client. Depending on the specific brand voice, posts may consist of anything from Employee Spotlights to Featured Equipment Specials, to #FunnyFriday Memes, to the latest announcements. Unique posts outside of the chosen plan will cost extra but existing posts may be copied to other platforms free of charge.

Below are the three Reputation Management & Social Media packages available:

Package #1
Reputation Management

  • Monthly Reputation Management consists of regular responses to all Facebook comments and messages, in addition to Google Reviews. All comments, reviews, recommendations and messages will be responded to within 24-48 hours, or by EOD on the following Monday for any that come in over the weekend.
  • Additional review platforms will cost extra.

Package #2
Social Media Content Creation

  • Monthly Social Media Content Creation consists of: Five Facebook posts, two Instagram posts and two Twitter posts created each week. The client will have access to the content calendar to review and approve posts before they are published.
  • Additional platforms such as LinkedIn or Pinterest will cost extra.

Package #3
Social Media Management

  • Monthly Social Media Management consists of everything included under Reputation Management and Social Media Content Creation, plus monthly reporting on social media metrics.
