Team SI is always on the hunt to find where your audience is located in mediums where they are not targeted. You will see throughout this section for “Sales” where we have data layers for everything you can imagine. All of these data layers can be utilized to deliver your message through television, smartphones and desktops. And yes, I did say television. In 2020, we invented the way to use the same layers to target the RIGHT Audience at the RIGHT Time with the RIGHT Frequency with Connected TV.

Targeting farmers and small ag consumers is one of the most effective things Team SI does. But, we decided to get better in 2020 with even more precision. On the next few pages, you will see a sample of the segments that have the ability to be targeted on your audience’s connected devices. You have heard of our ability to target by acreage. That is something that helped us develop a true ROI for our dealers in 2016.

In 2020, we have decided to take this data and make it even more MICRO versus MACRO.

Example: When we debuted the acreage data, we would target 1+ acres or more to find our audience. 

But, what about someone that only owns 2 acres? We do not need to showcase them heavily used equipment or a brand new 8X. We need to be more data cognizant of whom we are targeting.

With 2 acres of land, we can easily sell them a 1, 2 or even a 3 Series. But not a heavy piece of used equipment or even a 5 series.

Team SI is excited to introduce “BETWEEN” acreage data to be able to target with.

1-4 Series

The ability to target BETWEEN acres is NEW. Team SI and our data partners had to go through all of the county records to put these consumers in these said buckets.

Dairy Farmers

Team SI has many dealers that must target dairy farmers. It is essential they reach out to them and provide reflective marketing in their ads directed at this audience. An example, instead of just a typical banner or video ad that has a tractor in an open field, it can now show this specific audience how it will help THEM by showcasing dairy farmers at work. Fill out the form in the Download Our Booklet image below to receive more information.



We would take the data above and layer it with the acreage data to find the absolute precision of finding the decision-maker.

Equestrians

We drive around the country to see where our dealers are and who they serve. One of our favorite things to do on one of our market trips is to drive from location to location. We want to see what is between your locations (your market - your customers). No internet data points will ever give us a full color picture of your market without visiting your market.

Here is an example of one visit to a client: we were driving from location to location and noticed a ton of equestrian ranches. As soon as we met with the owner, general manager and marketing manager, we quickly asked for more details of what we just witnessed. Simple answer: huge opportunity, but never been able to truly target them.

But, with any advertising, if you are this specific with your audience, we want to have horses in the advertising (banner ads, direct mail, video ads, commercials on Connected TV, etc.).

I believe there are a ton of opportunities to increase your sales of Gators to this audience. They just need to see “themselves” in the ad. This is a sweet spot that no one else is specifically targeting the way we are now.

How are we so sure about this? Because, our goal as an innovative company is to always stay ahead of the game. We need to use it before the competitors become smarter with parsing the data.

UTV/ATV Sales

Some of the most searched keywords across the country are for the category of UTV. In the first quarter of FY20, we saw 1,660,555 searches for the UTV category. Now, we know this type of person. Some of them are searching to just look and watch videos, others are looking to have fun and then others are the serious buyers that they need to complete their work.

Team SI knew that we needed to do a better job of finding the latter individuals. We want to focus on the serious buyers to ensure your dollar is not wasted within categories where you will not be able to compete.

You will see an example of a data layer that will provide a target of those serious buyers. These layers will most likely be aligned together and not running as A/B testing. Then, as you know, we will need a retargeting strategy as these buyers will shop around. Government, Education and Airport Sales

Team SI travels from the West Coast to the East Coast for all of our clients. On these trips, we see a missing opportunity of having your brand at the airport, local colleges and even for municipalities.

We are looking for your brand to be in front of these very important decision-makers.

The opportunity is endless with targeting these categories.



Reaching this audience will be made easier with our data layers above, but ultimately you will want to launch this type of initiative with a grassroots campaign, too.
