Before we invented the way to utilize first-party data to target the customer base of the acquired dealer, a national study was done that showed it took seven years before 80% of total customers were aware of the name change.

Our average is now three years. Remember, the national average is seven years without our tactics.

As you saw in the video, we helped East Coast Equipment become the new Quality Equipment, by first designing their new logo. We still have a few searches for East Coast Equipment per month. But, it will be three years before we see it completely disappear.

We all wish for instant gratification, but the truth of the matter is people will be searching for your acquired dealers. You need to be ready for that for years to come with your business directories of each location.
