How Team SI handles Your Co-Op

Our dealers receive a set amount of Co-Op Budget for each fiscal year. Our Co-Op Team assists our Account Services team with tracking this budget and how it is spent throughout the fiscal year so the dealer doesn't have to. We also organize and compile all the documents needed for claim submissions per guidelines. Which is a lot! We keep in contact with all media vendors to make sure they are updated on co-op requirements and send over the correct documentation for claims. We monitor reporting and spends to ensure invoices go out accurately and timely. Our goal is to make the Co-Op process as seamless as possible for our dealers. We notify dealers of guideline updates regularly (as we are made aware of them) and have all of our budget and submissions information updated and readily available should any questions ever arise. Spreadsheets, numbers, and checklists make our world go 'round. Our process was custom-built in-house and our team is always looking for new ways to improve upon that process and make sure it is as simple, accurate, and easy as possible. The process requires a lot of organization skills and hands-on, constant attention to detail so, it's a lot to take on all on one's own. Our team pulls together to take this responsibility off the dealer's plate so they can focus on their business and brand. Our team is also always available to our dealers for questions should any dealer need assistance or updates on their Co-Op. The Co-Op team is the oil that keeps the well-oiled marketing machine that we have constructed for dealers running smoothly and seamlessly.
