A tax service company was seeing younger tax filers who were flocking to online software in herds. They had a great traditional marketing plan already in place, but something was missing.

The Challenge:
Traditional advertising typically allows no opportunity for engagement, but that’s exactly what this tax company needed. SI set out to help them reach the younger demographic and build their customer base.

The Big Idea:
Short code texting has been around for a long time for a reason. We implemented text codes in every traditional campaign (TV, radio & print). When users texted the code, they received a bounce-back message update with an interactive list of coupons, location maps and contact forms.

The Results:
