Jonathan Caldwell has been promoted from director of digital creative to the role of director of brand strategy at Team SI and its sister company, Mangan Holcomb Partners (MHP).
In this role, Caldwell’s responsibilities will include working with leadership to execute company vision and brand initiatives, developing strategies and materials for promoting the agencies’ products and services, designing materials, landing pages and other visual content for social media in coordination with the marketing manager, and monitoring trends and competitive research.
“Jonathan was our third employee and has been dedicated to Team SI from the beginning,” said Tim Whitley, CEO of Team SI. “He helped build Team SI into what it is today and I am confident in his abilities to take charge of the evolution of our brand.”
Caldwell began his professional career as a designer at Team SI in February 2012. Since then, he has held the roles of senior art director and director of digital creative. He has been involved with award-winning projects at Team SI and MHP, including his design for the Ag-Pro website that won the Progress 2018 Website of the Year contest in the services category.
Caldwell graduated from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design in 2011.
