Facebook Introduces Bluetooth® Beacons Nationwide

Facebook is at it again. This time it has teamed up with Bluetooth® and has created an innovative way businesses can further advertise to their potential and current customers. The new device is called a beacon. Facebook Bluetooth® beacons are free devices that send signals to Facebook apps on a mobile phone when people walk into a place of business. The beacon will show a user photos and friends’ likes relevant to the business.
