“Near me” searches are at an all time high, and the demand for delivery continues to rise - including restaurants, groceries and same day delivery from major retailers. These all play into the growing convenience factors shoppers are looking for. As marketers look to 2020, they not only need to look at the mediums they choose to market through, but the level of convenience their offers provide. Google and Facebook will continue to increase tracking capabilities for local businesses beyond in-store visits and time at your store. Businesses will need to learn how to interpret these new metrics and leverage them to set their business apart.
