LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (August 9, 2019) – Emmaline Pilkington and Alex Hanes have been promoted from account executives to the role of co-directors of SI EQ at Mangan Holcomb Partners/Team SI (MHP/SI).
In this role, Hanes’ and Pilkington’s responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations of employees, providing consistent opportunities for training, discovering new profit opportunities, working with internal marketing on award considerations, and serving as an internal and external advocate for the EQ team, which serves John Deere clients.

After graduating from Hillsdale College, Pilkington moved to New York City to work for Fox Business Network. Following, she worked for Freshly, an innovative health food company that was eventually bought by Nestle. After meeting her now-husband, Pilkington moved to Arkansas and worked for a local PBS show. She began working at Team SI in October 2017.
Hanes began her professional career in governmental and nonprofit work with a grant from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to reduce fatal teen wrecks in Mississippi. She later served as an account executive and social media manager at a Little Rock agency and as an account executive for a brand personality. In January 2018, she started at Team SI as an account manager, working her way to senior account executive and now co-director of the SI EQ team.
Hanes earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature and grammar from Harding University in 2009.
In her spare time, she volunteers for Night Owls, a program for kids with special needs, and is a trained volunteer and advocate for P.A.T.H. (Partners Against Trafficking Humans).
