In 2020, we’re going to see a lot wider adoption of machine learning for marketing. I think we have a lot of data at our fingertips currently, but traditionally,
the algorithm and machine learning technology has only really been accessible for bigger companies, like Google and Bing. This year, marketers are
going to have a much wider usage and availability of the machine learning that Google has been using. They’ve been able to apply algorithms to get
a better ROI out of spends and get better click-through rates and conversion rates. In the past, we haven’t had the tools in our toolbelt that we need
to make the most of machine learning and make the most out of the data that comes with it. But this year, there are going to be a lot of tools that
become available for smaller companies and smaller agencies that will allow them to get the most out of that data. Machine learning is going to be
the way to do that.
