Team SI is excited to announce two new co-directors, Emmaline Pilkington and Alex Hanes, who are heading the SI EQ team.
In this role, Hanes’ and Pilkington’s responsibilities will include day-to-day managing operations of a company with 100+ employees.
“Since they started with SI EQ, Hanes and Emmaline have shown 101 percent passion for their clients and the entire organization,” said Tim Whitley, CEO of Team SI. “They understand the need for client communication, reporting, and running the department. Their passion for winning and for finding the areas to optimize in a campaign is addicting. It spreads throughout the entire SI EQ team.”
After graduating from Hillsdale College, Pilkington moved to New York City to work for Fox Business Network. Following, she worked for Freshly, an innovative health food company that was eventually bought by Nestle. After meeting her now-husband, Pilkington moved to Arkansas and worked for a local PBS show. She began working at Team SI in October 2017.
Hanes began her professional career in governmental and nonprofit work with a grant from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to reduce fatal teen wrecks in Mississippi. She later served as an account executive and social media manager at a Little Rock agency and as an account executive for a brand personality. In January 2018, she started at Team SI as an account manager, working her way to senior account executive and now co-director of the SI EQ team.
Hanes earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature and grammar from Harding University in 2009.
In her spare time, she volunteers for Night Owls, a program for kids with special needs, and is a trained volunteer and advocate for P.A.T.H. (Partners Against Trafficking Humans).
